Europe (Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal)

Since we don't have a physical store, we want to offer the opportunity to have our clothing delivered free of charge in the Netherlands. For Europe there is a fee of €12,50.

On business days you will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours so that you can track your order. In The Netherlands, packages are delivered within 48 hours on business days, while for Europe, the shipping time is a maximum of 5 business days.

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving the package. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Steamery products are exempt from returns and are non-returnable.

Items should be returned unused and in the same condition as you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all garment tags still attached. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.

We collaborate with Returnless to make the returns process as smooth as possible. Visit the following link to submit your return. The costs of return is at your expense and may vary depending on the courier of choice and your country.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your return order. We are not responsible for any lost returns. We may delay your refund if we have not received the goods or evidence that you have returned them.
