Every order is prepared with care in Amsterdam and shipped with tracking through Sendcloud.

- The Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
- COST
- Delivery is complimentary within the Netherlands. For the European countries listed, shipping is €10.
- TIME
- Orders placed on business days are normally prepared within 24 hours. You will receive tracking by email. Delivery usually takes up to 2 business days within the Netherlands and up to 5 business days elsewhere in Europe.
RETURNS
We hope you will love your RILABEL piece. If it is not quite right, you may return it under the conditions below.
- PERIOD
- You may register a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Steamery products are excluded from returns.
- CONDITIONS
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all garment tags attached. We may reduce or withhold a refund when these conditions are not met.
- METHOD
- Email info@rilabel.com to register your return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is at your own expense.
- REFUND
- Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item. Please retain proof of postage; we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
